However, the stand-out feature of the ATF180G-5 is the lifting capacities of the main boom, giving a load chart that compares and rivals 200 tonnes class all-terrain crane in the market. It also helps to cut down fuel consumption by approximately 5%. The BlueTec technology reduces particle emissions by 90% compared to older emission standards and the Mercedes engine has already met the requirement of Euromot 4. Some new features include all-wheel steering and Euromot 3b engines with Mercedes BlueTec clean engine technology, first seen on ATF400G-6. The first five units of the ATF180G-5 are being shipped to customers in North America in 2012.
